Objective To analysis the microbial monitoring results of public places in Qinhuai district Nanjing city from 2021 to 2023,and to understand the hygienic status of public places in Qinhuai district Nanjing city.Methods According to the hygienic inspection method of public places(GB/T 18204-2013),the total number of bacteria,coliform and Staphylococcus aureus were sampled and detected in the indoor air and supplies of public places within the jurisdiction.Results From 2021 to 2023,a total of 221 public places were tested by department of microbial laboratory,Qinhuai District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Nanjing City,and the number of 1 648 samples was 1 569 qualified,with an overall qualified rate of 95.21%.The pass rate was 94.89%in 2021,95.41%in 2022,and 95.63%in 2023.Conclusion The overall hygienic status of public places in Qinhuai district Nanjing city from 2021 to 2023 is well,but the hygienic status of public bathrooms,small beauty salons,barber shops and family style hotels still needs to be improved.Through the monitoring and analysis of microorganisms in public places in Qinhuai district Nanjing city,the hygienic situation in the area under the jurisdiction was understood to ensure the health of residents,providing a theoretical basis for scientific guidance of health management in public places and disease prevention and control,and also providing data support for the revision of hygienic-related standards in public places.
