Accompanying the rapid economic development of China and the deepening reform of its healthcare system,the significance of hospital procurement contracts in daily operations and management has become increasingly prominent.It is imperative to strengthen the standardized management of these contracts.Hence,investigate the importance and impact of hospital procurement contracts in operations,identify risks and management issues inherent in such contracts,and propose measures for controlling these contract-related risks.The research methodology involves a literature review,compiling relevant documents on hospital procurement contracts to understand the items purchased,their values,and quantities.Findings reveal that hospital procurement contracts play a crucial role in ensuring the normal functioning of hospitals,enhancing medical quality,and efficiency.Thorough understanding and effective management of the risks associated with hospital procurement contracts are vital components of operational management.To mitigate risks and enhance procurement efficiency,hospitals should establish a comprehensive contract management system for procurement,coupled with reinforced internal risk control and oversight mechanisms.
