Investigation and Thinking on the Medical Insurance System for the Central Subordinate Universities in Beijing
With the gradual expansion of medical insurance coverage in our country,the medical insurance system enables residents to enjoy a series of tangible benefits such as higher quality medical services,real-time settlement of medical insurance,and greater medical convenience."Universal medical insurance"has become a major trend and consensus.In order to explore the prospects of the reform of the medical insurance system in the central subordinate universities in Beijing,change the current difficulties and limited choices of medical staff in the central subordinate universities in Beijing,Unable to enjoy high-quality medical resources and not included in the medical insurance system in Beijing affiliated universities,and the contradiction between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly severe,the author investigates the experience of relevant universities in implementing medical insurance policies and systems,and proposes that medical reform can gradually merge public funded medical care into medical insurance,or increase the form of designated medical institutions,in order to provide more convenient and high-quality medical conditions for faculty and staffin the central subordinate universities in Beijing as soon as possible.
