In order to meet the demand for the establishment of a modernized clinical nutrition work system suitable for China's overall medical needs,it is necessary to establish and effectively operate a nutrition metabolism laboratory to strengthen the continuous improvement and enhancement of nutrition diagnosis and treatment technology.By investigating the current situation of nutrition discipline and metabolic laboratory construction in China's hospitals,we clarify the actual needs of the current clinical nutrition diagnosis and treatment process,and analyze the problems and advantages in the current operation of nutrition and metabolic laboratory.The stydy analyzes and discusses the five aspects of laboratory personnel,laboratory equipment management,laboratory business,laboratory management system,and laboratory site management,and look for specific improvement measures.From the perspective of the impact of the laboratory on the actual clinical business,it will effectively improve the innovative construction and management of the laboratory,improve the nutritional diagnosis and treatment pathway,and provide practical basis for the continuous improvement of medical quality.
