山东省某三级公立口腔医院员工满意度的影响因素研究

目的 了解山东省某三级公立口腔医院医务人员满意度现状,探究影响其工作满意度的关键因素,为提升员工满意度和幸福感提供参考依据。方法 课题组于 2021 年 7 月采用自行设计的调查问卷在烟台市口腔医院开展现场调查,运用描述性分析描述医院医务人员工作满意度的现状,并识别得分偏低的短板性工作满意度维度。运用相关系数分析问卷各条目对总体工作满意度的重要性,并借助因素重要性推导模型识别其中的关键因素。结果 共调查该院医务人员 406 名,总体工作满意度得分为(3。75±0。51)分,文化理念和人文关怀的满意度得分较高,工作薪酬和绩效考核得分相对较低。在影响员工工作满意度的内部因素中,工作效率与总体工作满意度的得分较高,但工作薪酬和绩效考核满意度得分较低。结论 烟台市口腔医院医务人员工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,工作薪酬和绩效考核是得分较低的短板性维度,工作效率是应优先关注的关键因素。医院管理层应重视员工的工作满意度管理,提高员工薪酬待遇的同时,应注意多措并举,提升医务人员个人及医院整体的工作效率。
Study on Influencing Factors of Employee Satisfaction in a Tertiary Public Stomatological Hospital in Shandong
Objective To understand the current situation of employee satisfaction in a dental hospital in Shandong Province and explore the key factors affecting employee satisfaction,so as to provide reference for improving employee satisfaction and happiness.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out the survey in Yantai Stomatological Hospital,July 2022,and descriptive analysis was used to describe the current situation of job satisfaction of medical staff in this hospital,and the short-board job satisfaction dimension with low scores was identified.Results A total of 406 employees in the hospital were investigated,and the overall job satisfaction score was(3.75±0.51)points.The satisfaction score of cultural concept and humanistic care was high,while the score of job remuneration and performance assessment was relatively low.Conclusion Work remuneration and performance appraisal are short board dimensions with low scores,and work efficiency is the key factor that should be given priority attention.The hospital management should pay attention to employees' job satisfaction management,and pay attention to multiple measures at the same time to improve the work efficiency of the medical staff and the hospital as a whole.
