The Application Effect of Family Doctor Signing Services in the Management of Chronic Hypertension in the Community
Objective To explore the application value of family doctor contract services in the management of hypertension and chronic diseases in the community.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic hypertension admitted to department of grassroots health management,Yong'an Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected,and divided into a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)according to different chronic disease management methods.The observation group adopted family doctor contract service management,the control group underwent routine management.The blood pressure levels,lipid levels,quality of life and blood glucose levels between two groups were compared.Results After management,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).After management,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After management,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group[(8.08±0.25)mmo1/L vs.(9.75±0.48)mmo1/L]and fasting blood glucose levels[(6.24±0.59)mmo1/L vs.(6.75±0.76)mmo1/L]were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of chronic hypertension in the community,the implementation of family doctor contract services has a more significant effect,which can effectively regulate patients' blood lipid levels,blood pressure levels,blood sugar levels,and improve their quality of life.
