The Value of Renal Function Serological Tests in the Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective To explore the effect and value of renal function serological test in early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy. Methods From March 2021 to February 2023,a total of 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated at Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the observation group.Forty healthy individuals who came to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital for physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Additionally, the patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into stages 1-2(n=21)and stages 3-5(n=17).All participants underwent renal function serological tests, and the renal function serological indicators were compared between the observation group and the control group,as well as between stages 1-2 and stages 3-5.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and homocysteine levels in the control group were(8.05±1.12)mmol/L,(11.20±1.45)mmol/L,(7.69±0.92)%,and(13.64±3.99)μmol/L,respectively,while the observation group were(8.61±1.23)mmol/L,(12.65±2.63)mmol/L,(8.31±1.25)%,and(16.56±6.14)μmol/L,respectively,compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and homocysteine levels in the observation group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),and uric acid(UA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, and homocysteine levels in the observation group were higher in stages 3-5 than in stages 1-2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of BUN,Scr,β2-MG,and UA in stages 3-5 of the observation group were higher than those in stages 1-2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The renal function serological examination can achieve good results in the diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy patients, and can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the following diseases.
