Objective To explore the application effect of the management model based on collation-rectification-sweeping-cleaning-literacy-safety(6S)in the quality control of digestive endoscopic nursing.Methods A total of 80 digestive endoscopes and 2 317 patients undergoing digestive endoscopy in endoscopy center,Mianyang Central Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as group A,and another 80 digestive endoscopes and 2 483 patients undergoing digestive endoscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of Mianyang Central Hospital in July 2023 were selected as group B.group A implemented the conventional management mode,group B implemented the 6S management mode on the basis of group A.The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,the rate of equipment damage and the satisfaction of patients'nursing were compared.Results After intervention,the qualified cleaning and disinfection rate in group B(98.75%)was higher than that in group A(81.25%),while the instrument damage rate(1.25%)was lower than that in group A(11.25%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of nursing satisfaction in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 6S management mode in the quality control of digestive endoscopy nursing can effectively improve the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,reduce the rate of instrument damage,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of reference,the results of this study provide references for the formulation of the standard of digestive endoscopic nursing in the later period.
