Application of Full-Time Accompanying Nursing in Children's Fracture Nursing
Objective To observe the effect of full-time accompanying nursing for children's fracture care and analyze its effect on the children's treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect.Methods A total of 80 children with fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was further given full-time accompanying nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance rate of the children,the satisfaction rate of the parents of the children,and the pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the children in the study group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the satisfaction rate of the parents of the children(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores between the two groups(P<0.05);after the intervention,the above indicators of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,among which the pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-time accompanying nursing has a positive effect on the treatment cooperation,pain level,and parent satisfaction rate of children with fractures.
