随着社会的发展,医疗数字化、信息化相结合进程的加速,大数据在医疗过程中的应用也日益增多。文章从医院安全管理角度出发,通过对"纠纷患者画像"进行构建,来提升医疗质量、预防医疗纠纷、降低医疗风险、促进医院管理、提升患者满意度,从而推动医院发展。文章以大数据为基础,对于医疗纠纷风险增加的原因进行多层次、多方位分析,从而引出"纠纷患者画像"的概念,并提出"纠纷患者画像"构建方法,通过 5 个步骤对原始大数据进行处理,最终得到标签化、抽象化的"纠纷患者画像"。接下来对大数据下"纠纷患者画像"构建对于医院安全管理的意义进行探讨,认为其具有至关重要的作用;并对大数据下"纠纷患者画像"构建的过程进行分析,阐述其机遇和挑战。
The Significance of Constructing Dispute Patient Portrait in Disputes Based on Big Data for Hospital Safety Management
With the development of society and the acceleration of the combination of medical digitization and informatization,the use of big data in the medical process is also increasing.This article starts from the perspective of hospital safety management and constructs a"dispute patient portrait"to improve medical quality,prevent medical disputes,reduce medical risks,promote hospital management,and enhance patient satisfaction,thereby promoting hospital development.Based on big data,this article conducts a multi-level and multi-dimensional analysis of the reasons for the increased risk of medical disputes,thereby introducing the concept of"dispute patient portrait"and proposing a method for constructing"dispute patient portrait".Through five steps of processing the original big data,a labeled and abstract"dispute patient portrait"is ultimately obtained.Next,the article will explore the significance of constructing a"dispute patient profile"under big data for hospital safety management,and believe that it plays a crucial role.And analyze the process of constructing a"dispute patient profile"under big data,elaborating on its opportunities and challenges.
