Application Effect of Maternal and Child Health Informatization in the Management of High-Risk Pregnant Women
Objective To explore the application effect of maternal and child health informatization in high-risk maternal management.Methods A total of 100 high-risk pregnant women who implemented routine management in Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 100 high-risk pregnant women who implemented informatization management of maternal and child health in Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of registration and filing and the frequency of birth examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of acute maternal events in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the scores of compliance(taking medication as prescribed,scientific exercise,reasonable diet,regular rest and work,self-management)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the satisfaction scores of the study group(active service,health education,communication ability,operation level,environmental assessment)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After management,the MOS item short fromhealth survey(SF-36)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of maternal and child health informatization technology in the management of high-risk pregnant women is conducive to improving the management effect,preventing the occurrence of acute maternal events,improving the bad mood of the pregnant women,improving their compliance with medical advice and quality of life,and improving the satisfaction of the pregnant women with nursing services.
