Application Value of Abdominal Ultrasonography Assisted Transvaginal Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasonography assisted transvaginal examination in ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 100 suspected ectopic pregnancies in Foshan Women and Children·Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. All the above patients underwent abdominal ultrasonography first and then transvaginal ultrasonography. The diagnostic coincidence rate of different examination methods was observed, and the sonogram features of different examination methods were analyzed. Results Abdominal ultrasonography met 80.0%,misdiagnosed 12.0%,missed 8.0%,transvaginal ultrasonography met 87.0%,misdiagnosed 10.0%,missed 3.0%,and combined ultrasonography met 98.0%,misdiagnosed 0,missed 2.0%,the diagnostic coincidence rate of combined ultrasonography was higher than that of abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Combined with ultrasound examination, the rate of intrauterine false pregnancy sac and adnexal mass was 56.0%and 69.0%respectively.The results of abdominal ultrasonography were 28.0%and 47.0%respectively.The results of transvaginal ultrasonography were 47.0%and 63.0%respectively.The diagnostic positive rate of intrauterine false pregnancy sac and adnexal mass under combined ultrasonography was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, transvaginal ultrasound assisted by abdominal ultrasound can obtain a relatively high diagnostic coincidence rate. Therefore, when necessary, abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography can be combined to significantly reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
