Research on the Construction and Innovation Practice of the National Center for Stomatology
Building a national medical center is an important part of the country to promote the supply-side structural reform of medical resources and an effective way to optimize the distribution of medical resources.Based on relevant national documents,this paper sorts out the evolution of the policy,extracts the key points of the construction of the national medical center,and takes the National Center for Stomatology as an example.This paper expounds the practical experience of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatological in management system construction,improvement of diagnosis and treatment level of difficult critical diseases,key core technology research and achievement transformation,disease prevention and control and emergency rescue,cultivation of high-level leading teams,deepening international and domestic cooperation and exchanges,and collaborative innovation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,etc.It is proposed that the core of realizing the high-quality construction and development of national medical center is to coordinate with the strategic goal of the main hospital construction,and according to the specificity of each specialty,scientific integration of resources,through the construction of collaborative innovation,efficient operation of the organization structure to ensure that the national medical center to achieve leapfrog development.
