Study on the Value of Delicacy Management Mode in the Application of Medical Consumables
Objective To investigate the value of delicacy management mode in the application of medical consumables,in order to provide evidence for the selection of medical consumables management.Methods The stage of routine management for medical consumables in Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2022 to February 2023 were chosen as the control group,the stage of delicacy management for medical consumables from March to August 2023 were chosen as the observation group.The number of medical consumables managers in the two groups during management intervention was the same,with 20 in both groups.Then the medical consumables management score and cconsumables related labor time for medical staffbefore and after the management intervention,adverse events rates and satisfaction of medical staff with medical consumables requisition of two groups were compared.Results Before management intervention,there was no statistical significance in medical consumables management scores and consumables related labor time of medical staffbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After management intervention,the medical consumables management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and before management intervention,and the consumables related labor time of the medical staffwas shorter than that of the control group and before management intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 0.44%,lower than 1.47%in the control group,and the total satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was 100%,higher than 92.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The delicacy management mode can significantly improve the management quality of medical consumables,reduce the adverse events rate,shorten the related time of medical staff,so it is more recognized by the medical staff.
