摘要

在医院管理中,绩效管理是主要内容,所以在诊断相关分组(diagnosis-related group,DRG)支付改革背景下,医院可以结合DRG支付改革的要求和医院的情况,对医院绩效管理体系进行优化和创新,制定相应的改革策略,并且结合相应的改革策略和制度调整工作流程和工作方法,进一步提升医院绩效管理效果,提升工作人员工作效率.因此,文章首先对DRG支付改革进行了介绍,然后探讨DRG支付改革背景下医院面临的挑战,再分析DRG支付改革背景下加强绩效管理改革的意义和具体实施策略,以供参考.

Abstract

In hospital management,performance management is the main content.Therefore,under the background of diagnosis-related group payment(DRG)reform,hospitals can optimize and innovate the hospital performance management system based on the requirements of DRG payment reform and the situation of hospitals.Formulate corresponding reform strategies,and adjust work processes and methods according to corresponding reform strategies and systems,so as to further improve the effect of hospital performance management and improve the work efficiency of staff.Therefore,this paper first introduces the DRG payment reform,then explores the challenges faced by hospitals under the background of DRG payment reform,and then analyzes the significance and specific implementation strategies of strengthening performance management reform under the background of DRG payment reform for reference.
