New era new journey to promote the national medical security work and the construction of a healthy China has made new requirements and strategic deployment,further increasing the attention to the health work in the medical and health field and the party building work in public hospitals,in the relevant public hospital party building opinions clearly pointed out that public hospitals implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee.To ensure the healthy development of the national medical and health field.However,in the actual party building work of public hospitals,due to the influence of many factors,there are still some situations such as the grassroots party organization is not solid.Based on this,this paper will discuss the necessity of strengthening the integration and mutual promotion of party building business in public hospitals and the existing problems in the development of the integration and mutual promotion of party building business in public hospitals at this stage,and then give targeted suggestions from four aspects,decision-making mechanism,operation mechanism,power mechanism and supervision mechanism,in order to provide references for promoting the integration and development of party building business in public hospitals.
