094,自由度(degree of freedom,df)=272,χ2/df=3。 800、0。733、0。777,近似误差均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)为 0。099。
Reliability and Validity Analysis of the Chinese Version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale in Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients
Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods A total of 238 NHL patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The Chinese version of CD-RISC was used to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the differences in scores among different subgroups were analyzed.A confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of CD-RISC.Results Internal consistency reliability index of CD-RISC,Cronbach's α coefficient of total volume table was 0.812,tenacity(TEN)dimension was 0.904,strength(STR)dimension was 0.906,optimism(OPT)dimension was 0.755.The Spearman-Brown coefficient of the half reliability of CD-RISC was 0.843.The confirmatory factor results show that,χ2=901.094,degree of freedom(df)=272,χ2/df=3.313,the values of comparative fit index(CFI),adjusted goodness of fit index(AGFI),and goodness of fit index(GFI)were 0.800,0.733 and 0.777,respectively.The root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)was 0.099.Conclusion The Chinese version of CD-RISC has good reliability and validity in NHL patients, providing a new tool for measuring the psychological resilience level of these patients.
