The Influence of Family Participatory Nursing Combined With Music Intervention on Infertile Female Patients
Objective To explore the application value of family participatory nursing combined with music intervention in promoting ovulation in infertile women.Methods A total of 62 infertile patients who underwent ovulation induction treatment at Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from October 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different nursing methods received after admission,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received family participatory care combined with music intervention.Both groups received 3 months of care.Negative emotions,family intimacy,sense of shame,and comfort were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was(43.51±3.47)points,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was(45.92±3.05)points and injury severity score(ISS)self-defamation score was(19.78±1.83)points,the social withdrawal score was(13.72±2.34)points,the humiliation score of the family was(17.42±1.75)points,the humiliation score of the surrounding people was(27.64±1.69)points and the overall rating score was(78.56±5.34)points,which were lower than(47.28±2.36)points,(49.85±2.17)points,(23.62±2.01)points,(16.91±2.65)points,(21.56±1.83)points,(32.42±1.87)points,(94.51±6.38)points of control group.The score of family intimacy and adaptability scale(FACESⅡ-CV)was(129.38±8.56)points,the score of Kolcaba comfort scale(GCQ)the physiological score was(17.34±1.65)points,psychological score was(32.10±3.51)points,sociocultural score was(20.04±1.74)points,environmental score was(24.28±1.59)points and general score was(93.76±9.15)points,which were higher than control group(114.63±7.42)points,(14.67±1.80)points,(27.62±3.03)points,(17.13±2.01)points,(20.37±2.14)points,(79.79±8.42)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory nursing combined with music intervention can effectively alleviate discomfort in ovulation induction treatment for infertile patients,alleviate negative emotions,improve family intimacy,reduce shame,and have high clinical application value.
