Changes in Coagulation Function and Platelet Count and Their Significance in Patients With Active Tuberculosis
Objective To analyse the changes of coagulation function and platelet count in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and their significance. Methods A total of 180 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanning from March 2021 to August 2023 were selected. The patients were divided into active group(n=82)and inactive group(n=98)according to the lesion activity, and 90 cases of those who had health checkup in the same period were selected as the control group.Thrombin time(TT),D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(Fbg)and platelets(PLT)levels were measured and compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the levels of coagulation function and platelet count in the active group were higher than those in the inactive group and the control group, and those in the inactive group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The AUC value of the combined diagnosis was the highest,0.965(0.942-0.987).Conclusion By measuring the levels of TT,D-D,Fbg and PLT in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,it is possible to effectively predict whether the patient is in the active phase of the disease and carry out targeted interventions.
