Clinical Study on Standardized Management of Gestational Diabetes by Mobile Medical Treatment
Objective To explore the application value of mobile health care in the standardized management of Gestational diabetes(GDM),and provide reference for the later standard formulation of Clinical Care Practice Guidelines for Gestational Diabetes. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes in Beijing Pinggu Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the mobile medical intervention group and the traditional intervention group by random selection of numbers, with 60 cases in each group. The traditional intervention group was given standardized GDM management.Assist application mobile medical platform management.Blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 40 cases(66.67%)in the mobile medical intervention group were controlled,29 cases(48.33%)in the traditional intervention group were controlled, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.042).There were no significant differences in cesarean section, low birth weight infants, macrosomia infants, premature delivery, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, incidence of malformation and neonatal outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of mobile medical treatment in the standardized management of gestational diabetes can significantly improve the qualified rate of maternal blood sugar, but it has not been found to have a significant effect on improving pregnancy outcomes, and further research is needed.
