The Value of T-Cell Spot of Tuberculosis in Diagnosing Female Genital Tuberculosis Caused by Tuberculosis Infection
Objective To explore the clinical value of tuberculosis antibody detection(TB-Ab)and T-cell spot of tuberculosis(T-SPOT.TB)in diagnosing female genital tuberculosis(FGT).Methods A total of 82 patients with suspected FGT at the initial clinical diagnosis admitted to Jining Public Health Medical Center from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.TB-Ab and T-SPOT.TB respectively conducts examinations on patients and counts the positive detection rate were used.Using endometrial pathological examination results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of two diagnostic techniques for FGT were evaluated. Results Based on the"gold standard",the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of TB-Ab in diagnosing FGT were 69.10%,72.73%,and 69.51%,respectively,the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of T-SPOT.TB in diagnosing FGT were 91.55%,90.91%,and 91.46%,respectively,TB-Ab combined with T-SPOT.TB The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of TB diagnosis for FGT are 94.37%,90.91%,and 93.90%,respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of T-SPOT.TB in diagnosing FGT are higher than TB Ab,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).TB Ab combined with T-SPOT.TB The sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis for FGT are higher than those of TB-Ab single diagnosis, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but compared to T-SPOT.TB There was no statistically significant difference in TB diagnosis comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion T-SPOT.TB The diagnostic efficacy for FGT is higher than that of TB-Ab,and it has more clinical application value.
