Meta-Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Seven Tumor-Associated Autoantibodies in Lung Cancer
Objective This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic value of seven tumor-associated autoantibodies(TAAbs)for lung cancer by applying literature review and Meta-analysis.Methods The relevant literatures on the diagnostic value of 7-TAAbs in lung cancer from January 2015 to May 2023 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and other databases by computer.Systematic quality evaluation and bias risk assessment were carried out by Revman 5.3 software.Sensitivity(Sen)and specificity(Spe)were used for Meta analysis by Stata 17.0 and Meta DiSc 1.4.Results A total of 31 literatures were included in this study.Based on this, the results of Meta-analysis showed that when 7-TAAbs was used as a diagnostic indicator for lung cancer,Sen=0.56(95%CI 0.52-0.60)and Spe=0.87(95%CI 0.84-0.89),positive likelihood ratio(PLR)was 4.18(95%CI 3.58-4.88),negative likelihood ratio(NLR)was 0.51(95%CI 0.47-0.55),Diagnostic odds ratio(DOR)was 8.05(95%CI 6.60-9.83),and the Area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.80(95%CI 0.76-0.83).Meta-regression and subgroup analysis showed that the heterogeneity of the study was due to the year of publication, study type, pathological type and sample size. The results of Deeks'funnel plot showed that no significant publication bias was found(P>0.05).Conclusion 7-TAAbs have good diagnostic performance for lung cancer, with moderate sensitivity and good specificity.
