摘要
目的 构建基于拓展平行过程理论(extended parallel process model,EPPM)的胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查行为干预方案.方法 2023 年 3-11 月,在文献回顾和小组讨论的基础上形成基于EPPM理论的胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查行为干预方案初稿,采用德尔菲专家函询法对 18 名专家进行 2 轮函询,形成干预方案终稿.结果 2 轮专家函询共构建 2 个一级指标、4 个二级指标和 27 个三级指标的筛查干预方案.专家权威系数分别为 0.822、0.884;2 轮函询的肯德尔协调系数分别为 0.176、0.373,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 构建的基于EPPM理论的胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查行为干预方案具有可靠性和实用性,以期为胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查行为干预提供借鉴依据.
Abstract
Objective To develop an intervention program for gastric cancer screening behavior among first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients based on the extended parallel process model(EPPM).Methods From March to November 2023,Based on a literature review and group discussions,developed a preliminary intervention program for gastric cancer screening behavior among first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients using the Delphi expert consultation method involving 18 experts in two rounds of consultations to form the final version of the intervention program.Results Two rounds of expert consultations resulted in the construction of an intervention program consisting of two primary indicators,four secondary indicators,and twenty-seven tertiary indicators for screening.The authority coefficients were 0.822 and 0.884 respectively.Kendall's coefficient values from the two rounds were 0.176 and 0.373,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion The developed intervention program based on the Extended Parallel Process Theory is reliable and practical,providing a reference basis for interventions targeting gastric cancer screening behavior among first-degree relatives of gastric cancer patients.
