The Influence of Yijing Decoction Combined With Chinese Medicine Foot Bath on the Curative Effect of Patients With Menstrual Disorders
Objective To analyze the effect of Yijing Decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath on the curative effect of patients with menstrual disorders.Methods A total of 64 patients with menstrual disorders treated in Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random numbers table method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was given sequential treatment with estrogen progesterone,and the experimental group was given Yijing Decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath.The overall therapeutic effect,irregular menstrual cycle,prolonged or shortened menstrual period,disappearance time of abnormal menstrual volume,improvement of follicle stimulating hormone level before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,intestinal discomfort,rash)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(96.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P=0.031).The irregularity of menstrual cycle,prolongation or shortening of menstrual period and disappearance time of abnormal menstrual volume in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in reference group(P<0.05),and the improvement level of follicle stimulating hormone was significantly better than that in reference group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group(3.13%)was significantly lower than that in control group(25.00%)(P=0.031).Conclusion Yijing Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath for the treatment of menstrual disorders is a safe and efficient way to shorten the time of symptom elimination in patients with menstrual disorders,improve the curative effect of patients,and reduce the adverse reaction of treatment.
