Analysis of Disinfection Effect Monitoring Report of Medical Institutions at All Levels in Zhangqiu District Jinan City From 2020 to 2022
Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city,and provide scientific basis for improving the disinfection quality and management level of medical institutions.Methods Using on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative testing methods,the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city from January 2020 to December 2022 were sampled,monitored and evaluated.Results A total of 2 649 samples were collected,of which 2 059 were qualified,total qualification rate was 77.73%(2 059/2 649),and the qualification rate showed an increasing trend year by year(P<0.001).There was statistically significant differences in comparison between different levels of medical institutions(P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rates of medical staff's hands,object surfaces,and disinfectant used among different levels of medical institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection effectiveness in medical institutions at all levels in Zhangqiu district Jinan city from 2020 to 2022 has been increasing year by year.The qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizers and sterile instrument disinfectants is relatively high,and the qualified rate of medical staff's hands and object surfaces is relatively low.The qualified rate of municipal hospitals is higher than that of township(street office)health centers,village clinics,and individual clinics.It is necessary to focus on strengthening the quality supervision and technical guidance of disinfection in grassroots medical institutions.
