The Application Effect of Mind Mapping Combined With Detail Management in Disinfection Supply Center
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with detail management in disinfection supply centers.Methods A total of 100 staff members who worked in the disinfection supply center,the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different management methods,the staff members were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 50 members in each group.The reference group implemented routine management,while the observation group implemented mind mapping and detail management.The professional level,disinfection and sterilization quality of surgical instruments,defect rate of surgical instrument handover,and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The qualified rates of washing,disinfection,sterilization,and recycling of surgical instruments in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The defect rate of surgical instrument handover in the observation group was 1.33%,while that in the reference group was 3.17%.The observation group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group's management(98.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping combined with detail management can significantly reduce the defect rate of surgical instrument handover in disinfection supply centers,while also improving the professional level of staff,the quality of surgical instrument disinfection and sterilization,and management satisfaction.
