Application Effect of Cluster Nursing in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Hemorrhage by Digestive Endoscopy
Objective To analyze the effects of cluster nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding treated by digestive endoscopy. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding treated with digestive endoscopy in the department of gastroenterology,Guigang City People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48).The former received routine care, while the latter received bundled care. The improvement of symptoms, sleep quality, psychological state, quality of life, and gastric function indicators(gastrin, pepsin)were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days,14 days and 30 days of intervention, the sleep quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower psychological status scores(P<0.05).After intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher quality of life scores(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of gastrin(135.42±14.15)ng/mL and pepsin(126.19±12.72)μg/mL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(116.79±12.33)ng/mL and(115.83±12.15)μg/mL,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing intervention in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding patients with digestive endoscopy has a good effect, which can effectively improve the sleep quality and psychological state of patients, have a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients, and improve the gastric function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
