Effect of Nursing Health Prescriptions Combined With Innovative Nursing on Patients With Decompensated Cirrhosis of Hepatitis
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing health prescriptions combined with innovative nursing on psychological state,complications and satisfaction of patients with decompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis B.Methods From December 2021 to November 2022,a total of 84 patients with decompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis B who were treated by the department of hepatology,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,the observation group received nursing health prescriptions combined with innovative nursing care.The psychological status,quality of life,complications,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of SAS(40.92±4.25)points and SDS(45.21±4.25)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(43.49±4.56)points and(48.35±4.58)points(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.76％,which was lower than 16.67％of the control group(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nursing and health education prescriptions combined with innovative nursing care can effectively improve the psychological state and mood of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis,help them improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of disease complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
