Research on the Information Management Mode of the Tertiary Library of Reagents and Consumables of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention
Combined with the current management mode of reagent consumables of Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the existing reagent consumables management,deeply analyzes the existing problems and difficulties solved,and discusses the use of information management to build a three-level library management model of reagent consumables.The central warehouse is set up as a first-level library,the local warehouse is a second-level library,and the office warehouse is a third-level library management mode,which takes the second-level library as a link to realize the information management of the process from application,procurement,acceptance,storage and reimbursement.Each link is clear,the division of labor is clear,the rights and responsibilities are clear,so that the management of reagents and consumables is more scientific,standardized and perfect,and at the same time,the tracking of high-value consumables and the management of hazardous chemicals are enhanced,the efficiency of business operation is accelerated,and the safety production is improved,the waste of scientific research funds is eliminated,and the utilization rate of scientific research funds is improved.
