目的 探讨 2020-2022 年广州市海珠区霍乱监测结果。方法 选取 2020-2022 年在广州市海珠区采集并送检的 1 473份腹泻患者粪便标本、外环境水体及水产品标本,依据临床标准规范进行霍乱弧菌的检测。观察并分析 2020-2022 年广州市海珠区水产及海产类样本、外环境类样本、水体类样本、腹泻患者粪便样本的霍乱弧菌监测结果。结果 2020-2022 年共监测水产及海产类样本 689 份,其中霍乱弧菌的检出率为 0;2020-2022 年共监测外环境类样本 40 份,其中霍乱弧菌的检出率为 0;2020-2022 年共监测水体类样本 362 份,其中霍乱弧菌的检出率为 0;2020-2022 年共监测腹泻患者粪便样本 382 份,其中在 2022 年时监测出 1 例(0。26%)霍乱弧菌。结论 在 2020-2022 年,广州市海珠区的外环境、水体、水产及海产品中均没有检出霍乱弧菌的存在,提示在这一段时期中对外环境、水体、水产及海产品的霍乱弧菌的防控效果显著。在2022年时,有1例腹泻患者粪便样本中检出有霍乱弧菌存在,提示需要强化对临床腹泻患者的监测,以便更加及时地发现传染源和致病菌,进而采取更加具有针对性的有效措施防控霍乱弧菌的流行及传播。
Analysis of Cholera Surveillance Results in Haizhu District,Guangzhou City From 2020 to 2022
Objective To investigate the results of cholera surveillance in Haizhu District,Guangzhou City from 2020 to 2022.Methods A total of 1 473 samples of feces,external water bodies and aquatic products from diarrhea patients in Haizhu District,Guangzhou City from 2020 to 2022 were selected,and Vibrio cholerae was detected according to clinical standards and specifications.The monitoring results of Vibrio cholerae in aquatic and seafood samples,external environmental samples,water samples,and fecal samples of diarrhea patients in Haizhu District,Guangzhou City from 2020 to 2022 were observed and analyzed.Results A total of 689 aquatic and seafood samples were monitored from 2020 to 2022,with a detection rate of 0 for Vibrio cholerae.From 2020 to 2022,a total of 40 external environmental samples were monitored,with a detection rate of 0 for Vibrio cholerae.From 2020 to 2022,a total of 362 water samples were monitored,of which the detection rate of Vibrio cholerae was 0.A total of 382 fecal samples from diarrhea patients were monitored from 2020 to 2022,of which 1 case(0.26%)of Vibrio cholerae was detected in 2022.Conclusion From 2020 to 2022,there was no detection of Vibrio cholerae in the external environment,water bodies,aquatic products,and seafood of Haizhu District,Guangzhou City.This indicates that the prevention and control effect of Vibrio cholerae in the external environment,water bodies,aquatic products,and seafood is significant during this period.In 2022,Vibrio cholerae was detected in the fecal samples of one diarrhea patient,indicating the need to strengthen monitoring of clinical diarrhea patients in order to more timely detect the source of infection and pathogenic bacteria,and take more targeted and effective measures to prevent and control the spread of Vibrio cholerae.
