The establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system is an important measure to promote the modernization of public hospital governance capacity and governance system,and an important foundation to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.The most important thing for hospitals is to improve the construction of internal management system and establish an institutional system with hospital charter as the core.Binzhou Medical University Hospital applied the standard system management theory to the management practice,carried out the exploration of the construction of modern hospital institutional management system,and gradually established a set of systematic and coordinated institutional management system.This paper expounds the relevant theories of the standard system and the problems and construction principles in the construction of the hospital institutional management system,and summarizes the practices of the hospital in the construction of the institutional management system from the aspects of perfecting the management mechanism,perfecting the system structure and standardizing the formulation process,so as to provide reference for the system construction of the hospital.
