Study on the Measures of Process Management in Hospital Health Examination Center
Objective To explore the measures for process management of hospital health examination center.Methods A total of 44 personnel who managed the health examination center of Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected for study.Randomized number table method was used to divide the experimental group and the control group,22 participants in each group.The control group received routine process management,while the experimental group received optimized process management.The maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS)score and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results After implementation,depersonalization(DP)score of the experimental group was(8.05±1.07)points and emotional exhaustion(EE)score was(22.17±1.72)points,which were lower than(9.54±1.26)points and(26.64±2.02)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduced personal accomplishment(PA)score of the experimental group was(37.78±1.38)points,which was higher than(32.15±2.07)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service awareness,health education,service etiquette and communication ability of the experimental group were(8.85±0.83)points,(8.33±1.38)points,(9.09±0.62)points and(9.03±0.38)points,respectively,which were higher than(7.71±1.02)points,(6.38±1.27)points,(7.52±1.04)points,(7.77±0.81)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of hospital health examination centers,the application of optimized process management has significant effects,can effectively reduce the occupational burnout of examination center staff,improve the management quality of examination centers.
