Application Effect of Objective Management in Nurse Layered Management
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of target management in hierarchical management of nurses.Methods A total of 98 nurses working in Jiangyin Qingyang Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group implemented nurse stratified management measures,while the observation group implemented goal management based on nurse stratified management.Nursing quality before and after intervention was compared with the self-made nursing quality score scale,which mainly included four dimensions,specialized nursing,skill operation,ward management,disinfection and isolation.The self-made questionnaire in this article was used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of nurses before and after intervention,and the effectiveness of nurse management was evaluated based on the improvement of the comprehensive quality score of nursing staff.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in scores of specialized nursing,skill operation,ward management,disinfection and isolation between two groups of nursing staff(P>0.05).After intervention,scores of specialized nursing,skill operation,ward management,disinfection and isolation of nursing staffin two groups were higher than before intervention,and scores of specialized nursing,skill operation,ward management,disinfection and isolation of nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive quality scores of professional ability,management thinking,communication ability and scientific and educational ability between the two groups of nursing staff(P>0.05).After intervention,the comprehensive quality scores of professional ability,management thinking,communication ability,and scientific and educational ability of the two groups of nursing staff were higher than before intervention,and the comprehensive quality scores of professional ability,management thinking,communication ability and scientific and educational ability of nursing staffin observation group were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,higher than 73.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of goal management in nurse hierarchical management is significant,which can effectively improve nursing quality,enhance the comprehensive quality and management effect of nurses,and provide effective reference for future nursing management research.
