Research on the Design and Implementation of the Incentive Performance Pay Distribution Scheme in Public Hospitals
This paper aims to explore the design and implementation of incentive performance pay distribution schemes in public hospitals,addressing the challenges faced in the field of performance-based wages.Through an analysis of the principles guiding the design of incentive performance pay distribution in public hospitals,proposes a series of specific strategies to ensure fairness and transparency in the allocation of incentive pay.This paper puts forward the basic principles of the incentive performance pay distribution scheme in public hospitals,and provides guidance for the design of subsequent specific strategies.The detailed strategies encompass precise performance allocation,hospital macro guidance and supervision,multi-tiered incentive mechanisms,cost control linked to benefits,and comprehensive compensation management mechanisms.Public hospitals adopting precise performance allocation and multi-tiered incentive mechanisms have achieved significant success in employee motivation and performance improvement.Simultaneously,through the implementation of cost control linked to benefits,hospitals have successfully motivated healthcare professionals to provide high-quality services.The design and implementation of a scientific and reasonable incentive performance pay distribution scheme will play a positive role in improving the performance of public hospitals and attracting medical talents.
