Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined With Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Elderly Coronary Artery Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the effects of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on the therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions of elderly patients with coronary artery heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 94 elderly CHD patients admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine,Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects.Random number table method was used to divide the control group and the study group,47 cases each.The control group was given aspirin alone,and the study group was given clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the therapeutic effect,platelet aggregation rate(PAR),fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),angina symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.87%,higher than 82.98%of the control group(P<0.05).PAR and FIB of the study group were(51.15±4.21)%and(2.47±0.56)g/L,lower than(58.43±4.67)%and(3.48±0.70)g/L of the control group,while PT was(13.34±1.27)s and longer than(10.07±0.92)s of the control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the study group were(2.01±0.82)times/week and(2.12±0.95)min/time,which were better than(3.08±0.97)times/week and(4.67±1.28)min/time in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.26%,which was lower than 23.40%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of elderly CHD can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,improve the symptoms of angina in patients,not only reduce the risk of thrombosis,but also reduce drug adverse reactions.It has excellent efficacy,good safety,and high clinical application value.
