Effect of Insulin Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of insulin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP).Methods A total of 128 HLAP patients selected from the Third Hospital of Xiamen from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into control group and study group by envelope method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin, while the study group was treated with insulin and low molecular weight heparin. The clinical treatment, oxidative stress reaction, inflammatory reaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of HLAP patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.31%,which was higher than 84.38%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the index of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the indices of malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione disulfide(GSSG)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of HLAP patients can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, alleviate oxidative stress reactions, alleviate inflammatory reactions, and have fewer adverse reactions.
