Application of Risk Prevention Management in Breast Cancer Intravenous Infusion Port Catheterization Chemotherapy
Objective To analyze the application of risk prevention management in breast cancer intravenous infusion port catheterization chemotherapy.Methods A total of 94 middle-aged and elderly patients who completed modified radical resection of breast cancer in the Affiliated Panyu Central Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected,and the internal jugular vein infusion port was placed after surgery,and chemotherapy regimen needed to be completed for 6 times.According to the different nursing plan,they were divided into control group and research group,47 cases each.The control group was given routine management,and the research group was given a risk prevention management system on this basis.Nursing quality,adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the research group were(94.91±2.46)points for professional proficiency,(94.13±2.75)points for nursing attitude,(93.84±2.60)points for psychological intervention and(94.71±2.11)points for health education,which were higher than(84.33±3.14)points,(83.42±5.70)points,(83.05±3.30)points,(82.03±3.73)points in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the research group was 4.26%,which was lower than 23.40%of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the research group was 100%,which was higher than 82.98%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk prevention management in breast cancer intravenous infusion port catheterization chemotherapy is effective,conducive to reducing the incidence of disease,and patient satisfaction is high.
