Investigation and Research on the Status Quo of Self-Perceived Burden and Its Influencing Factors in Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of self-burden perception in stroke patients,in order to provide empirical basis for developing personalized psychological nursing strategies and implementing effective intervention measures. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate 125 patients with stroke who were hospitalized in Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from July to September 2023.General Data Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),self-management behavior scale, patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),7-tiem generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)were used for analysis. To explore the self-burden status of patients during the illness and various factors that may affect their psychology and behavior. Results A total of 125 patients completed the survey, and the SPBS score was(32.98±9.87)points,which was in the moderate level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,self-management behavior score,PHQ-9 and GAD-7 were the influencing factors of patients'self-perceived burden(P<0.001),and this equation explained 85.20%of the total variation. Conclusion The perceived burden of stroke patients is at a moderate level. It is suggested that medical institutions pay attention to the psychological state of stroke patients, and cooperate with families to strengthen their self-management level,so as to help patients reduce their perceived burden and return to society.
