Information Management of Medical Records and Protection of Patient Privacy Rights in the Context of Big Data
In the context of big data,the construction of medical file informatization has rapidly improved the service efficiency and service quality of hospitals.However,when patients are seeing a doctor,the personal information and protected personal space shown by patients to medical workers,that is,the privacy of patients,are prone to leakage risks due to negligence of medical workers and the information storage,application and sharing of medical files.How to safeguard the privacy of patients scientifically and reasonably and restrict the information management of medical records to some extent has also become a problem worthy of in-depth consideration by medical workers.Therefore,this paper will analyze the main ways of information management of medical archives under the background of big data,explore the definition of medical privacy rights and reasons for disclosure,clarify the ethical and legal role of safeguarding patients'privacy rights,explain the basic principles of patient privacy protection,and propose effective countermeasures to strengthen the protection of patient privacy rights,hoping to provide important reference for medical archives management workers.
