The Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Free Position Combined With Warm Delivery During Delivery Process
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness evaluation of free position combined with warm accompaniment during childbirth. Methods A total of 120 full-term single parturients who gave birth in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group.Among them, the observation group used the free position combined with warm paternity for delivery, while the control group used the conventional position for delivery. The relative indexes of delivery time and postpartum blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results The total duration of labor in the observation group was(280.25±40.53)minutes,which was shorter than the control group's(320.15±50.35)minutes(P<0.05).The postpartum bleeding volume, perineal lateral incision rate, perineal tear rate, and incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The delivery satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free position combined with warm companionship during childbirth is a safe and effective delivery method.Through various means, the delivery process has been improved, and the health level and quality of life of mothers and infants have been enhanced. However, despite the many advantages of this delivery method, personalized operation and guidance still need to be based on the specific situation of the mother in practical application.
