本研究探讨了疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRG)系统在新疆地区住院患者疾病负担中的应用。通过对现有DRG系统的局限性进行深入分析,研究提出针对新疆地区的系统优化策略。利用大数据分析技术,研究整合并分析新疆多家医院的住院数据,通过实证案例,验证了优化后DRG系统在疾病分类、资源分配和费用控制方面的有效性。结果显示,优化后的DRG系统能够更加精准地反映新疆地区的医疗需求,提升了医疗服务的质量与效率。研究还探讨了DRG系统在新疆进一步发展的方向与重点,指出加强大数据处理能力和算法的精准度是未来发展的关键。
DRG Application Research on the Disease Burden of Hospitalized Patients in Xinjiang Under Big Data
This study explores the application of the diagnosis related groups(DRG)system in addressing the disease burden of hospitalized patients in the Xinjiang region.By conducting a deep analysis of the current limitations of the DRG system,the study proposes optimization strategies tailored for Xinjiang.Utilizing big data analysis techniques,the study integrates and analyzes hospitalization data from several hospitals in Xinjiang,and through empirical cases,verifies the effectiveness of the optimized DRG system in disease classification,resource allocation,and cost control.The results show that the optimized DRG system more accurately reflects the medical needs of the Xinjiang region,enhancing the quality and efficiency of medical services.The study also discusses the future development directions and focuses of the DRG system in Xinjiang,highlighting the importance of enhancing big data processing capabilities and algorithmic precision as key to future advancements.
