Analysis of the Application Effect of CT and MR Imaging Examination in the Clinical Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Objective To explore the application effect of CT and MR Imaging in the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods A total of 60 patients with HCC admitted to department of radiology,Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected, and perform separately MR and CT plain scans on them. The imaging features and diagnostic accuracy of different examination methods based on pathological examination results were analyzed. Results Among 60 patients,a total of 38 patients showed the"fast in and fast out"feature of CT scan, and a total of 58 patients showed the"fast in and fast out"feature of MR scan. The accuracy rate of MR In diagnosing HCC was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion When providing diagnosis of HCC disease to patients,CT or MR scanning plays a significant role, but the diagnostic effect of MR examination is better than CT examination, which can more intuitively show the vascular invasion near the lesion of HCC patients, and the display of the lesion's blood supply artery will also be clearer.MR is a scientific and effective method for diagnosing HCC disease, with significant clinical application value.
