Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Renal Calculus Complicated With Ureteral Calculus
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler in the clinical diagnosis of renal calculus with ureteral calculus. Methods A total of 60 patients with kidney stones combined with ureteral stones who went to Dongguan Nancheng Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(by color Doppler ultrasonography,30 cases)and control group(by X-ray examination,30 cases),and the diagnostic indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After diagnosis, the accuracy rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00%and 66.67%,respectively.The observation group had 96.67%,90.00%,and 93.33%detection rates for stone size, stone quantity, and hydronephrosis, while the control group had 80.00%,66.67%,and 73.33%detection rates for stone size, stone quantity, and hydronephrosis. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the middle ureteral stone after examination, while the difference between the upper and lower parts was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of renal stones with ureteral stones has important clinical significance. It can improve clinical accuracy and provide reliable data for clinical treatment.
