The Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Ticagrelor Combined With Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of ticagrelor combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 80 patients who with the acute cerebral infarction were treated in the People's Hospital of Rizhao from January to October 2023 were selected, the patitens was taken the time table to ramdomly divided into the two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by the atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated by ticagrelor. The efficacy, nerve deficit function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared and adverse reactions were counted. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Barthel Index(BI)scores(P>0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score in both groups was lower than before treatment, and the BI index was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was(4.05±1.87)points,which was lower than that(7.80±2.14)points of the control group; The BI indices were(63.25±11.04)points,which were higher than(54.77±10.17)points of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ticagrelor and atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can help to improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and can significantly promote the improvement of neurological function and daily living ability, without increasing adverse effects, and ensure the safety of treatment.
