Observation on the Clinical Effect of Deep Needling Acupoint in Dachang Shu Combined With Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Objective To explore the clinical observation on the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)by deep puncture of the Dachang Shu together with fire acupuncture and supervision moxibustion.Methods A total of 80 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)patients received by Rushan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected for the study and divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with deep stimulation of the Dachang Shu,and the study group was treated with deep stimulation of the Dachang Shu together with fire needle and supervision moxibustion,comparing the two groups in terms of clinical effects,pain level scores,dysfunction scores,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).At 7,15,21 and 28 days after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores were(6.10±0.99)point,(5.45±1.12)point,(4.10±0.99)point,and(2.90±0.23)point,all lower than the control group's(6.36±1.88)point,(6.21±1.05)point,(5.06±0.83)point,and(4.10±0.76)point(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopedic Association scores(JOA)of the study group were(27.01±1.90)points,which was lower than the control group's(22.59±4.08)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group(7.50%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(7.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of deep-needled Dachang Shu acupuncture point combined with fire needle and moxibustion treatment intervention in LSS patients with lumbar spinal stenosis can effectively increase the healing rate and improve the pain degree of patients,improve the life ability of patients and not increase in adverse effects.
