Effect of Acupoint Application Combined With Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients With Cholecystolithiasis After Operation
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with cholecystolithiasis after operation.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,a total of 80 patients with cholecystolithiasis after operation in Guigang Orthopedics Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were intervened for 1 week.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction after intervention,pain score and comfort score before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results The time of gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery,the first time of anal exhaust,the first time of defecation,the time of returning to normal diet and the time of getting out of bed of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological field,physiological field,social relationship field and environmental field of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain scores of the both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the comfort scores of the both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with moxibustion can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gallstone surgery,improve the quality of life,reduce the degree of pain,improve the comfort of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction.
