The Application Value of Refined Key Control Point Management in Blood Quality Management of Blood Stations
Objective To explore the application effect of refined key control point management in blood quality management of blood stations. Methods A total of 680 voluntary blood donors collected from Qingdao Blood Center from May 2022 and June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, who were divided into an observation group(n=340)and a control group(n=340)according to different management methods. The control group adopted a conventional blood quality management process, while the observation group adopted a refined key control point management process. The blood quality indicators of the two groups were compared, including blood collection volume, blood component separation rate, blood qualification rate and incidence of blood adverse reactions were compered. Results The blood collection volume of the observation group(200.13±4.82)mL,blood component separation rate[(88.62±2.79)%,(76.52±3.68)%,(94.35±2.23)%],and blood qualification rate(99.41%)were all higher than those of the control group[(197.57±5.35)mL,(85.36±3.24)%,(72.37±4.11)%,(91.12±2.56)%,97.35%],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse blood reactions in the observation group(0.59%)was lower than that in the control group(2.94%)(P=0.020).Conclusion Implementing refined key control point management can effectively improve blood quality, reduce adverse reactions, and has positive significance for ensuring blood safety and supply.
