档案视角下电子病历管理的问题与对策

摘要
电子病历在现代医疗领域中起着至关重要的作用,为医护人员提供了便捷的患者信息访问途径,并有助于提高医疗服务的质量和效率.但电子病历的管理和维护也面临着一系列挑战,这些挑战包括但不限于数据质量问题、隐私和安全问题、数据标准化问题以及电子病历系统协同性问题.这些问题不仅会影响患者的医疗安全,还会导致医疗机构的合规性问题和效率低下.文章从档案视角出发,深入探讨电子病历管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略.希望帮助医疗机构更好地管理和利用电子病历,提高医疗数据的质量和安全性,促进医疗信息的流通和共享.
Abstract
Electronic medical records play a vital role in the modern medical field,providing convenient access for patient information,and helping to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.However,the management and maintenance of electronic medical records also faces a series of challenges,including,but not limited to,data quality issues,privacy and security issues,data standardization issues,and synergy issues of electronic medical records systems.These problems will not only affect the medical safety of patients,but also lead to compliance problems and inefficiency in medical institutions.From the perspective of archives,this paper deeply discusses the problems in electronic medical records management and proposes corresponding solution strategies.It is hoped to help medical institutions to better manage and use electronic medical records,improve the quality and safety of medical data,and promote the circulation and sharing of medical information.
