Efficiency Analysis of MRI Conventional Plain Scan Combined With DWI in Preoperative Staging Diagnosis of Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficiency of conventional plain scan of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in preoperative staging diagnosis of carcinoma of uterine cervix. Methods A total of 124 patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix admitted to Yueyang Central Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent MRI onventional plain scan,MRI onventional plain scan combined with DWI.Taking pathological diagnosis as the"gold standard",the results of staging diagnosis and diagnostic efficiency of different detection methods were compared. Results The results of postoperative pathological staging showed that there were 56 cases in stage Ⅰ B,47 cases in stage Ⅱ A and 21 cases in stage Ⅱ B.According to the MRI onventional plain scan, there were 51 cases in stage Ⅰ B,48 cases in stage Ⅱ A and 25 cases in stage Ⅱ B.After MRI onventional plain scan combined with DWI,53 cases were in stage Ⅰ B,49 cases in stage Ⅱ A and 22 cases in stage Ⅱ B.The accuracy of phase Ⅰ B of MRI onventional plain scan combined with DWI was higher than that of MRI onventional plain scan, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRI onventional plain scan combined with DWI is higher than that of single diagnosis, and it is highly similar to pathological staging,so it can be used as an effective auxiliary method to diagnose carcinoma of uterine cervix patients.
