摘要

随着医改的逐渐深入,各级公立医院都在推进高质量发展,对医院来说既是机遇也是挑战.在公立医院高质量发展过程中,人才因素最为重要,是医院发展的基石,只有不断提升人才的综合能力和素质,才能推动医院良性可持续发展,提升医院的医疗服务水平.近年来,南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院在组建专病诊疗组、多学科诊疗、外聘学科带头人、专科联盟、新技术开展、基础医疗质量评价体系、急危重症管理体系建设、手术医师能力提升等方面做了许多探索,取得了显著成效,这些创新性举措的实施推动了医院人才培养与能力提升,为国内医院高质量发展提供借鉴.

Abstract

Along with the gradual deepening of healthcare reform,public hospitals at different levels are advancing high-quality development,which is both an opportunity and a challenge in terms of hospitals.During the course of high-quality development of state-owned hospitals,the talent factor is the most important,and it is the cornerstone of hospital development.Only by constantly raising the synthetic ability and quality of talents can we promote the development of hospitals for benignant and sustainable development,and promote the level of medical treatment services in hospitals.Over the past few years,the Affiliated Huai'an No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University has made many explorations in setting up diagnosis and treatment teams for special diseases,multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment,external pace-setters in disciplines,specialist alliances,new technology development,fundamental medical treatment quality appraisal systems,construction of management systems of emergency and severe diseases,ability enhancement for surgeons,and other respects,which have achieved remarkable results.The implementation of these innovative measures has propelled hospital talent cultivation and ability enhancement,and provided references for the high-quality development of domestic hospitals.
